Each project being so very unique, makes developing a rate list extremely difficult. The standard rate for masonry inspections is $248.00 The standard rate for consultations is $248.00 Consultation fees are fully rebated upon your securing of our services, by means of an initial deposit. Estimates are included with consultations and inspections. Paper copies of estimates are subject to a $25.00 fee. (Estimates are sent electronically by email at no additional charge.)
